To fully access the features of this website and place orders for products and services, you must register and establish a membership account with SoOPAKX. If new or enhanced features are introduced, previously registered users won't need to re-register. However, they may need to re-acknowledge these Terms and Conditions or other terms accompanying these updates. Upon registering an account, users also consent to subscribe to our E-Newsletter from SoOPAKX and our subsidiary companies SoOPAK and Beneco Packaging, a free service. Users can opt out at any time by selecting the unsubscribe option in any SoOPAKX newsletter.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself (and your company) and to keep this information up-to-date. Not all products and services on the website maybe available to all customers.
As part of registration, you must create a User ID and choose a password, keeping it confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your User ID and password. If you suspect any compromise, change your password promptly. Notify SoOPAKX immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your User ID and password.
Written format is required for final approval; verbal approvals will not be accepted. The job is considered complete if within +/- 5% of the quoted specifications. Quoted prices exclude shipping, handling, or applicable sales taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required upon order acceptance, and unless alternative payment terms are arranged and the account is current, your credit card will be charged upon order placement.
SoOPAKX's standard turnaround time is contingent on the specific product you order. If no specific time is mentioned by the customer, the standard turnaround time will be considered.It's important to note that turnaround times mentioned do not encompass the time required for shipping. The estimated delivery date is a combination of the turnaround time and the shipping duration. Once your order is placed your turnaround time generally cannot be changed and billing charges will not be reversed.
For added convenience, SoOPAKX provides various production turnaround times depending on the product. During the order process, the available turnaround times for a particular product will be indicated.Â
The Same Day option (not available in all locations) ensures that all production-ready jobs confirmed by 10:00 a.m. will be ready for shipping or pick-up by the day's end. Jobs confirmed after this time will be considered as received on the following business day.
Pick up is available only until 6:00 p.m. (orders completing after 5:00 p.m. may not be available for pick up until the following morning).
Delivery (if available) will be on the next scheduled delivery day. We do not offer same day turnaround combined with same day delivery.
The customer pays the shipping cost upfront. If the SoOPAKX carries the responsibility, SoOPAKX will expense the shipping cost for the customer; otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost;
* If you choose group shipping this may add at least one additional day to your chosen turnaround time.
* Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
* Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. It would all differ based on the products you ordered, given that they are all customized and with different quantity and weights.
SoOPAKX is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
SoOPAKX is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Additional shipping cost outside of Canada and the U.S. would be on customers’ own spend.
At SoOPAKX, we provide take-out containers and to-go boxes that help you achieve business success. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We are sorry if things didn’t work out. We will gladly refund or exchange the products for quality issues upon the delivery of the products subjected to below terms and conditions.
The customer must contact SoOPAKX customer service team within 10 business days upon the delivery of the boxes. The customer can only ship back the boxes once SoOPAKX customer service team approves the request. SoOPAKX will not accept any returning products that are not approved by SoOPAKX customer service team in advance.
The customer should return the products to the address provided by the customer service team. SoOPAKX will not be responsible if the customer returns the products to the incorrect address.
The customer pays the shipping cost upfront. If the SoOPAKX carries the responsibility, SoOPAKX will expense the shipping cost for the customer; otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
If the products are defected during shipment, the customer should contact the carrier.
If a refund is required for the product return, SoOPAKX will provide in-store credit to the customer’s online account. The customer may use the credits for any further purchases. Credit back will only be provided once the defected products are returned and for the quantity of defected product received by us.
Returned products will be accessed by our quality team. If the quality team finds the claim to be valid, then the request will be forwarded.
Although we endeavor to ship the quantity ordered, SoOPAK reserves the right to ship within 10% over or under the requested quantity. quantities ordered, SoOPAKXÂ will bill for the over/under run quantities delivered within this tolerance. If customer requires exact quantities, this should be communicated with the customer service team in advance.
Order that are cancelled are subject to a cancellation fee based on the current production status of your job. The fees are as follows:
No Refund — There will be no refunds of any kind after a job has been approved.

This Website, the Website layout and design, and all Website page themes and skins are the property of SoOPAKX and are protected by U.S., Canada, and international copyright laws. All content of the Website, including without limitation, HTML text, graphics, other files, code, software layout, designs, forms, templates, artwork, photographs, images, document layouts, text, fonts, music, software tools, and other information, either alone and/or as compilation thereof (collectively, the ‘Site Content"), constitutes the copyrighted property of SoOPAKX or of those parties from whom SoOPAKX has licensed such property, and is protected by United States, international and other laws. SoOPAKX reserves all rights in and to this Website and the Site Content worldwide.
